Big Sissy made her First Communion yesterday so it was a Big day at this pig pen. It took me a few days to get ready for the Big Day and her party that I didn't even have time to do my
Farmer Fridays post this week. In fact I spent most of Friday, getting ready for Big Sissy's Big Day if you don't count us watching the Royal Wedding in the morning.
The Royal Wedding just prepared us for Big Sissy to look like a princess on her Big Day. She will always be a princess to us, but she did look quite special yesterday if I do say so myself. So in honor of her Big Day, I thought I would share a few pictures. (I didn't get as many as I wanted as my camera was not cooperating so these will have to do.)

Over the course of this week, I also share some of the recipes we cooked up for the family party to celebrate her Big Day and a few of my party planning tips. I'll also tell you a little bit more about the absolutely amazing cake the
our cousin made for Big Sissy's Big Day. Here's a sneak peak...
She looks beautiful for her special day! We're going to our little cousin's first Communion next weekend in San Luis Obispo...I just love all the white dresses:)
